My first experience with fitness began at a very young age from various team sports and grew as I have gotten older.
It wasn’t until college that I began focusing on weight training. It started as something to help me get into better shape and turned into something much bigger.
It has helped in many aspects of my life. Whether it be building confidence, helping with mental stability, or even just something that can be as competitive as you want, fitness is what has helped me in these areas.
I am dedicated to helping others reach their short and long term goals by helping them stay consistent and sparking that fire in them that was sparked in me so long ago.
I have been weight training for over 7 years. It has taken a lot of time and trial and error to get the results that I have wanted. However, I am so excited to use what I have learned to give you results quicker and more effectively. I
am set apart from other trainers because I am willing to do whatever it takes to help you reach your goals, and gives many training options based on your needs. I am more than willing to hold you to the accountability that you need.
It is so easy to not feel motivated after a long day of work, but that’s when you need it the most. Many people often get discouraged when the scale isn’t moving, but that has little importance compared to the other methods of tracking I will have you do.
It is also important to note that weight loss is not linear, and that could be one out of a million reason why the scale isn’t moving. My advice is to keep trying no matter what. We are creating a lifestyle not a diet. A trainer is so vital in that aspect because they can fine tune your regimen and help you find what works for YOU.
